Bank Building in Berlin, Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Chicago, Dancing House in Prague, and the Guggenheim Museum in Abu Dhabi and Bilbao. These famous and incredible structures are united by the fact that they were made by the same architect, the great Frank O. Gehry.
Now for fans of design the city of Milan presents an opportunity to die for, because the Triennale in Milan presents an exceptional event, "Frank O. Gehry since 1997", an exhibition that represents the first in Italy dedicated to the famous Canadian "ArchiStar".
Curated by Germano Celant, the monographic exhibition boasts the fact that the octogenarian artist himself has personally chosen the projects to show to the visitors, projects often unpublished, and all realized since 1997 (the year of his fundamental turning point in style).
If you want to do what through movies, drawings, models and photographs is a real journey into the realm of innovative design, you have to go at the Galleria d'Arte della Triennale, but you have time to 2010, January 10, ok? Don't loose a such a great event!
