National Museum for Science and tecnology Leonardo Da Vinci
The one and only Italian museum for science and technology. It was created in the second post-war period in order to divulgate and popularize the scientific and technological knowledge in Italy, it is housed inside the old monastery of San Vittore. The Museum consists of three buildings: the Monumental Building (inside the monastery), where you’ll find the Centre for Experimental Physics, and the Congress Hall; the Railway Pavilion and the Air-Sea Building. The interactive laboratories are mainly remarkable: the colour and light labs, as well as those for senses and perception. Outside, along the Railway Pavilion’s walls, you’ll find two large squares: the Energy & Environment Square and the Science Gardens, where – especially in Summer – you can make your own experiments, watch the shows,or just relax for a while.
Milano Alberghi is a tourist site dedicated to the city of Milan. It was born in 2007, nowadays it counts more than 700 pages in 4 languages.
